| The comfort food of the Oregon coast, prepared by some of the best chefs in the state, will be yours for the tasting at the Lincoln City Chowder Cook-Off on November 9, 2009 at the Pacific Coast Center for Culinary Arts.
Chefs from throughout Oregon will compete to take home one of two titles: Best Clam Chowder and Best Signature Seafood Dish. The competition will be judged by three judges on taste, creativity, technique, appearance, consistency and overall presentation.
