Blue Heaven is committed to providing a quality facility for disabled people of all ages and disabilities to experience the healing powers of the horse.

Mission:
  • To provide our clients who have physical disabilities the opportunity to experience balance and coordination skills only the horse can provide.
  • To our behavioral clients the unique opportunity to learn and grow in self-esteem, appropriate response, anger management, impulse control, trust and respect issues.
  • And for our mental health clients, the exclusive experience of psychotherapy using the horse to bridge communication and outcomes between the mental health practitioner and the client.

Mission:
Sew and knit clothes for Barbie Dolls, assemble into kits and donate to needy girls throughout the year. Volunteers in our small (about 15 people) group need not travel, but rather much can be done in the home. Lots of fun and supports a great need in or community. We make and assemble almost 400 packs a year. Our average ages are about 70 but we welcome people of all ages!
