Return Policy

If you change your mind about a product you have ordered from us, we will accept it back within 30 days of purchase. Shipping both ways is your responsibility and we charge a 10% handling fee on returned items.

However, if you feel we have misrepresented the item, please contact us. If it's our fault, we want to make it right by you.

Defective Merchandise:
We assume responsibility for defective merchandise for the first 90 days after receipt. After 90 days, we normally refer you directly to the publisher. (A service of Oregon Web Team) normally absorbs shipping and handling costs on defective merchandise. reserves the right to inspect alleged defects before accepting them as defective.

There are no refunds available for our enhanced business directory listing. Should an error occur that is infact of our fault we will extend your linked contract period.
